"Our good government seems to have long been hijacked and overrun by
a privileged few who seek their own agendas and answer to no one. The
American Constitution, which was painstakingly contemplated and
engineered by our Founding Fathers to serve as a protection from, and
a restraint upon much mischief that had historically been done for
centuries before them by the unscrupulous few who often used force,
terror, and manipulation as tools of oppression and exploitation
against the general populations of our planet.

Enemies of our Constitution are the true enemies of America. When
government officials are sworn into office, they take a solemn oath
to, "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution against *all*
enemies, foreign and domestic". These are not mere words to recite as
if one were a child taking a simple memory test. These words are
intended to carry the force of law; to insure that those who are given
the privilege to personally hold in their hands and exercise the
overwhelming power of government faithfully promise that they shall
not misuse or abuse that power, and that they will accept, in doing
so, the various restraints put upon them by the Constitution; to act
in accordance with its principles, and all cases insure that others do
the same, for the benefit of the nation at large; not for their own
self-serving endeavors.

To have good government, there must be good people *in* government.
It is not enough to have a rule of law if those who wield the force of
that law assume that they may behave as if they themselves are *above*
the law. That is not good government, but tyranny and despotism. As
Abraham Lincoln said, "The people are the masters of both Congress and
the courts; not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the
men who pervert the Constitution!"

Patriotism in America has never been about blind acceptance and
obedience to the crimes of governance. In recent times, however, we
have been told over and over again that those who would oppose, or in
many cases even question the policies and actions of concurrent
administrations were somehow unpatriotic, subversive, or "giving aid
to the enemy", even when those governmental policies and actions so
opposed are highly questionable, explicitly contrary to the principles
of the United States Constitution, or even criminally suspect. The
systematic, widespread dissemination of exaggerated fear, along with a
concurrent unreasonable resistance to investigation or debate, and
especially the demonization of dissent, are powerful tools of
propaganda, which can only employed by a nefarious few who would seek
to destroy America from within, because the right of Americans to
freely and openly dissent is not only one of our primary freedoms, but
it is the primary duty of every American citizen to do so when they
see that some of those who are elected to serve America appear to be
serving themselves, instead.

Here in America we should and do support our troops, but we should
never unquestionably support those who assign or deploy our troops.
We all must now do our part to encourage and insure that each one of
our service men and women understand this. We need to let them know
who their real friends are, and who and what they should really be
fighting for. As they are also sworn to preserve, protect, and defend
the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, it is not
their responsibility to kill and die for the benefit of foreign
governments, and it is not their duty to blindly follow orders by
unscrupulous, self serving dictators or entrepreneurs who would misuse
them as a force to engage in foreign nation building for personal or
corporate profit, or turn them against their own country or citizens
in order to stifle lawful dissent. Their purpose is to defend
America's borders; to defend American liberty; and to defend the
American people, not only from any aggressive enemy without, but also,
and perhaps more importantly, against the very real threat of tyranny
and dissemblance from powerful enemies of freedom within, who may have
already gained, or even now seek positions of prominence and power in
our own government, which can only bring about its ultimate
destruction. Many of our fine service people know and understand this
already, and many of those who do know are featured in this video.
The greater task before us now is to inform, affirm, and encourage the
rest."
