Working? Waging all-out war against the Afghan people.

ple cut off deliveries, The Superpower's war can continue.

drugs and anti-terrorism personnel."

Personnel? Superpower special forces.

The RF is actively --wholeheartedly-- joining in The Super-
power's war against the Emirate of Afghanistan

Its partners are not the Afghan people fighting for their
freedom from The Superpower's occupation; rather, its part-
ners are those terrorizing the Afghan people.

Here's the abstract part.

The Russian Federation Prez begged the Germans to include
the RF in a gradiose "future world order...linked to...
European civilisation...."
`
He claims "The end of the Cold War made it possible to build
up genuinely equal cooperation between Russia, the European
Union and North America as three branches of European civili-
sation."
`
He calls for "unity between the whole Euro-Atlantic area from
Vancouver to Vladivostok."
`
He asks: "the next step today?"; and answers: "drafting and
signing a legally binding treaty on European security in
which the organisations [= The Superpower's NATO] currently
working in the Euro-Atlantic area could become parties."
`
The treaty is to be "a regional pact [a] based...on the prin-
ciples of the UN Charter and
`
[b] clearly defining the role of force as factor in relations
within the Euro-Atlantic community."

Well, now, [b] is a shift from the abstract to the concrete.

What's the RF Prez getting at?

the outside world [will] guarantee that our changes cannot
