Anyone know who created god?
I know he made us, but who made him? And the guy who made god, who
made him? And that guy, someone had to make him right?
I think the answer is Infinity. |

No, God and the Universe (out to the causal horizon) are identical
concepts.
The Universe is a self-creating, self-organizing system, no one made
it, thus no one made God. Just like a quantum fluctuation on a grand
scale.
Simplicity itself, nicht war?

I strongly recommend a chapter a night before bed
of "Infinity and the Mind" by Rudy Rucker. Come
back when you finish it. Sweet infinite dreams.

That's a straw man question, based on a bad twisting
of a premise of science. There is no need for God to
have a creator.
|
By definition, yes. Who's definition? Why, man's, of course. The
serious answer is that man created the idea of gods. One should never
believe one's own stories. |

What if causality is actually an attribute of our own, degenerate,
universe. Perhaps God's existence is one which doesn't admit of
causality and the only reason we do is due to the limited nature of
our existence. See Flatland for an analogous situation. |

In fact a god is created and exists in the mind of every believer. |

If we could have agreement on who God is, and who God isn't, would it help?

Logically, the notion of something making something else
presumes precedence in time. The creator should have existed
earlier than the creation. God, however, is beyond time and the
concept of creation may not be even applicable here. Its like
in maths trying to decide which integer is smaller (or bigger)
than i (the complex square of -1). They are incomparable.
In fact, no human logic can be adequate enough to
explain God, including the one I just used |

God created everything. He is divine, and He always existed. God,
being divine, did not need a creator.

That doesn't make any sense. Got a real answer or just this voodoo
nonsense? |
