So? China is already competing with us in the world market for oil;
every additional drop of oil that's introduced into that market is one
more drop that's available for everyone.

Oil is fungible.

The sarcasm went over your head. If it is so simple why do you do it
over and over as it nether impresses nor intimidates?

It attracts attention like yours. It's what crapflooders like Spammette

Notes on March Meeting, and the Passing of Comet Hale-Bopp
The March 22 meeting of Oklahoma Space Alliance was actually a viewing
party for the Hale-Bopp Comet, which was entering its weeks of evening
viewing. Tom, Syd, Phil Schafer, and John Northcutt met at Kurt
Lochner Harrington's house for the viewing, which was also attended by
various members of Kurt's family, and some friends. This was mostly a
social gathering, and little business was conducted, although Syd did
leave some financial material for Tim Scott, who was in Atlanta that
weekend.

After a frustrating month during which the sky was overcast nearly
every night, the sky cleared for several nights running around March
22, and the comet was easily viewed. At the time, the comet was near
its peak in magnitude, although the moon was nearly full that night,
and since we were viewing from Kurt's driveway, there was some light
pollution. However, since Kurt lives near the north end of the
Oklahoma City metropolitan area, most of the light pollution was on
the side away from us.
