are small of stature survivors that didn't reuire as much food as the
giants. We were able to survive by eating rats and genetically
engineered pigs, cows, cats and dogs..
Present day durvivors and the bureaucratic elite who used the lower
classes of people to construct the underground cities and who ate them
for food. There is only so much room in the bomb shelter!
There is one genetic trait that sets the Caucasian race apart from
other races and without this unique genetic trait humanity would have
stagnated and died off. Without this singular trait humanity cannot
progress therefore I view it as a valuable contribution to humanity as
a whole.
Caucasians have a restless yearning�a curiosity that leads them on to
new things. This ability to master the fear of pioneering--to striking
out on their own to seek new lands is the one trait that sets them
apart from the rest of humanity. The ability to master fear may be an
evolutionary trait developed over many millennia when they were forced
to move by the flood, when they hunted predatory beasts and fought off
invading armies. The people who were paralyzed with fear died off
while those who could put aside their fear and outwit the threat
survived.
Evolutionary theory (and it is a theory) teaches us "the survival of
the fittest." I have no doubt that the ability to perform a more in
depth analysis of a threat situation and formulate a way out or
counter-attack is the trait that enabled them to survive. Obviously
the Caucasian's ability to survive a crisis was not due to his
physical size or athletic ability. Sometimes a diminutive stature was
an advantage to survive a famine. It had to be something else.
This genetic propensity of the mind, for want of a better description,
causes Caucasians to invent new thing, Jump into unknown territory, to
go out and conquer new lands, "to seek the undiscovered country."
They lack fear to inquire into the mind of God through the logic of
science. This makes me in the eyes of those who are afraid to think�
who have surrendered their mind, body, morals and soul to God. Those
who can think for themselves are viewed as sacrilegious and barbarous.
It is much easier to surrender your mind, body, morals and soul than
think for yourself. The so called "riotous" who have surrendered to
their god are quick to condemn others who are not afraid to think and
will attempt to burn them at that stake. Now we have laws prohibiting
such behavior. Only the government is allowed to burn women and
children alive for having a different faith�as evidenced by the
torture and burning of the Branch Dividens at Waco, Texas. Caucasians
will write the books while others are content sit and read the same
old mistranslated book over and over again for thousands of years.
Other races seem to be content to live in the same valley growing corn
and heard goats for thousands years while the Caucasian will go out to
conquor ne territory.
I believe that when mankind takes the easy road by surrendering his
mind, body, morals and soul to God it results in the killing off of
millions of his brothers and sisters through the many wars that are
being waged today. I also believe that God would not want a person to
surrender everything to him or her and would be offended by large
groups of prostrating morons. God gave us a brain and he or she would
expect us to use it.

There's no question that living extensively underground by day, and/or
using our polluted and extensively dead-zone and jellyfish populated
oceans as our radiation shield for those future underwater habitats,
is where the future survival of humanity may end up unless we can
affordably develop a few off-world alternatives (including the
interior of our moon and of my 256e6 tonne LSE-CM/ISS as tethered to
that moon). Even the planet Venus may become better suited than
future Earth, whereas at least the geothermally toasty surface
environment of Venus is quite well shielded by way of its thick and
robust atmosphere, as well as offering unlimited and essentially 100%
renewable energy to anyone half as smart as a hot rock.
Too bad we're still not smart enough to even accomplish relocating
that moon of ours into the halo orbit of Earth's L1, where it would do
all of us a literal world of good.

You notice how mainstream critics rarely if ever post more than a
sentence or two and then it is to correct someone's spelling. Is it
because there is nothing going on in there? It takes mavericks, like
myself, to notice that the microorganisms that supply oxygen to this
planet are dieing off and that carbon dioxide is necessary for a
constant supply of free oxygen.
Then we have the pretend atheist Big Bang Theorists still clinging to

I apologize for the times when the half of my brain that I keep tied
behind my back gets loose and goes way beyond the usenet groups.
Have been discussing why there are underground cities all over the
world in Tibet, Greenland, Chili, Mexico, Egypt, Mt. Shasta, China and
other places and why the creatures that live on the surface of the
earth evolve at a faster rate than those in the deep oceans.
It is because our sun is in a 105,000-year elliptical orbit around the
Sirius system. When we get close most of the creatures on the surface
are cooked with ultraviolet and cosmic radiation. Now that most of the
atmosphere on Earth is gone the radiation next time around will be
even more intense. Plants will survive because they can take quite a
bit of radiation but humans and most biological organisms will have to
live underground and only come out at night. This won't affect the
night people in Los Vagas. (Lost Wages) (Pun!)

The problem is that the geological dating is completely screwed up.
Billions of year become millions and millions become thousands because
the geologist.,paleogeologists, paleontologists, etc NEVER CONSIDERED
CATACLYSM IN THE DATINGS. You can have hundred open-minded geologists
and they will tell you exactly what I said above. Even the recorded
history is moved from Nippurian calendar dating by around 800 years as
King Solomon and Queen of Sheba( in real Queeen of Egypt Hatshepsut)
were contemporaries. Do not believe what "Modern Science" tells us
today because most of it is plain GARBAGE. Right from the Biology ( as
smallest living matter is not Cell, but much smaller Somatid,
precursor of Genes, the first living matter in the Universe) through
Physics( elementary mistakes made in laws of Newton, Einstein and
followers) to Astrophysics...Dr. Tesla was the only researcher and
scientist who had any brains and was maybe even 100 years ahead of us
today. Of course no one besides George Westinghouse listen to him, as
"scientists" were and are a bunch of egoistic assholes  no matter on
which human activity you look at. People like Robert Cook, David
Hudson, Dr Kervran, Dr. Schatz, Gaston Naessens, Wilheim Reich, Dr.

No it isn't. To be in orbit aound Sirius, the sun's velocity relative
to Sirius would have to be less than the escape velocity of Sirius *at
this distance*. In fact, it is a lot greater.

days or even years earlier, lose their energy and are discarded in

the chlorophyll molecule from which it came. Chlorophyll is embedded
in a membrane along with the enzymes that steal the activated electron
and harvest its energy; that energy is used to charge the membrane,
and the electrostatic potential created is later employed to make ATP.
It takes about two photons to charge the membrane; enough to make one
ATP, and since photons are free, life must suddenly have been released
from dependence on inorganic nutrients synthesis: with photosynthesis!
Suddenly there was enough ATP to generate nutrients from simple
chemicals like carbon dioxide and ammonia!!! There are still bacteria
that employ only cyclic photosynthesis.
There still wasn’t enough ATP available to store large supplies of
sugars and starches to give evolution a much needed boost so nature
invented the noncyclic process which created eight times more ATP than
the cyclic process. In that process the electron energy is boosted in
two steps, and so much extra charging and other work is wrung from its
energy that eight ATP’s can be made from two activated electrons
because the electron is not returned to the chlorophyll but is handed
to an energy-storage molecule instead; the missing electron is
obtained by splitting water, which generates oxygen as a waste
product.
To put it another way, the electron end up in a multipurpose energy
compound that can be used directly to power carbon fixation to charge
the membrane for subsequent ATP production. The missing electron in
the first chlorophyll is replaced with one obtained by splitting
water, a process that liberates oxygen.
Most photoautotrophs (all true plants) use the more efficient
noncyclic process with the eight-fold increase in energy production.
Because eight times more ATP was being produced by all the plants
they were able to create more energy storage in the form of carbon-
based, starches and sugars. The noncyclic process not only created
more free oxygen it also allowed millions of other life forms to
evolve to feed on the extra, eight-fold energy created by this
process. This is why we have coal, oil and limestone on Earth plus
myriads of other oxygen-breathing animals like Hillary Clinton.

days or even years earlier, lose their energy and are discarded in

The canary in the coal mine for detecting loss of intelligence of our
civil service workers due to loss of oxygen is most evident in the
construction of a concentration camp they built to hold three million
people on Mental Health Trust land near Fairbanks, Alaska. There is
only about 750,000 people in the entire state and there are no
facilities to transport three million people to Faibanks. If they did
some how get three million people to Fairbanks then how would they
transport enough food to the area to feed three million people? Either
this is another government oversite or they don't intend to feed
anybody; just lock them up and watch to see what happens. Obviously

quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84
allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into

Operation CableSplicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which
will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper
purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is
the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by
the
federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police
state
and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive

already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal

for this operation.
The camps all haverailroad facilities as well as roads leading to and

the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The

classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles,
barracks,
towers, high fences with razor wire, etc. Personnel with government
clearance who are friendly to the patriot movement took a guided tour

closed

This city located in Northeast Indiana has aFEMA designated detention
facility, accessible by air, road and nearby rail. Kingsbury - This
'closed' military base is adjacent to a state fish &
wildlifepreserve.
Part of the base is converted to an industrial park, but the southern
portion of this property is still used. It is bordered on the south
by
railroad, and is staffed with some foreign-speaking UN troops. A
local
police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the
game
preserve was accosted, roughed up, and warned by the English-speaking
unit
commander to stay away from the area. It was suggested to the officer
that
the welfare of his family would depend on his 'silence'. Located just
southeast of LaPorte. Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area - Youth Corrections
farm
located here. Facility is 'closed', but is still staffed and being

still handles a lot of traffic, and has a 'state-owned' prisoncompound
on
the southern part of the facility.
UNICOR
. Jefferson Proving Grounds - Southern Indiana- This facility was an
active base with test firing occuring daily. Portions of the base have
been
opened to create an industrial park, but other areas are still highly
restricted. A camp is believed to be located 'downrange'. Facility is
equipped with an airfield and has a nearby rail line. Newport - Army
Depot
- VX nerve gas storage facility. Secret meetings were held here in
1998
regarding the addition of the Kankakee Riverwatershed to the Heritage
Rivers Initiative. Hammond- large enclosure identified in FEMA-

Ft. Dix / McGuire AFB - Possible deportation point for detainees. Lots

Ft. Bliss - This base actually straddles Texasstate line. Just south
of
Alomogordo, Ft. Bliss has thousands of acres for peoplewho refuse to

with the 'New Order'. Holloman AFB (Alomogordo)- Home of the German
Luftwaffe in Amerika; major UN base. New facility being built on this

according to recent visitors. Many former USAF buildings have been

Fort Stanton- currently being used as a youth detention facility

Camp Lejeune / New River Marine Airfield - facility has renovated,
occupied
WWII detention compounds and 'mock city' that closely resembles

USA. Fort Bragg -Special Warfare Training Center. Renovated

facility. Andrews - Federal experiment in putting a small town under
siege.
Began with the search/ hunt for survivalist Eric Rudolph. No persons

Charleston -Naval Reserve & Air Force base, restricted area on naval

Black Hills Nat'l Forest - north of Edgemont, southwest part of state.

Petersburg- Federal satellite prison camp, south of Richmond.
WEST VIRGINIA
Beckley - Alderson - Lewisburg - Former WWII detention camps that are
now
converted into active federal prison complexes capable of holding
several
times their current populations. Alderson is presently a women's
federal
reformatory.
Morgantown -Federal prison camp located in northern WV; just north of
Kingwood.
Mill Creek - FEMA detention facility.
Kingwood - Newly built detention camp at Camp Dawson Army Reservation.

WASHINGTON
Seattle/Tacoma - SeaTac Airport: fully operational federal transfer
center
Okanogan County - Borders Canada and is a sitefor a massive
concentration
camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people for slave
labor.
This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard
core
patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives.
Sand Point Naval Station - Seattle - FEMA detention center used
actively
during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners.
Ft. Lewis/ McChord AFB - near Tacoma- This is one of several sites
that
may be used to ship prisoners overseas for slave labor.
WISCONSIN
Ft. McCoy - Rex 84 facility with several complete interment
compounds.
Oxford -Central part of state - Federal prison & staellite camp and
FEMA
detention facility.
WYOMING
Heart Mountain- Park County N.of Cody - WWII Japanese interment camp
ready for renovation.
Laramie - FEMA detention facility
Southwest - near Lyman - FEMA detention facility
East Yellowstone - Manned internment facility - Investigating patriots
were
apprehended by European soldiers speaking in an unknown language.
Federal
government assumed custody of the persons and arranged their release.
OTHER LOCATIONS IN THEUNITED STATES
There are many other locations not listed above that are worthy of
consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space
limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included
here.
Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots
can
be considered highly suspect (because it is 'federal' land).
Alsofitting
this category are 'Regional Airports' and 'International
Airports'which
also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas.
Mental
hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases,
wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other
areas
all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area.
The
likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation
access to
the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways
&
ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are 'disguised' as
industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly
contained
inside large buildings (Indianapolis)or factories. Many inner-city
buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have
been
quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.
CANADA
Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military
bases,
especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with
concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here
are a
few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:
Suffield CFB - just north of Medicine Hat, lessthan 60 miles from the
USA.
Primrose LakeAir Range- 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.
Wainwright CFB - halfway between Medicine Hatand Primrose Lake.
Ft. Nelson - Northernmost point on the BCRailway line.
Ft. McPherson - Very cold territory ~ NWTerritories. Ft. Providence-
Located on Great Slave Lake. Halifax- Nova Scotia.Dept. of National
Defense reserve.... And others.
OVERSEAS LOCATIONS
Guayanabo, Puerto Rico - Federal prison campfacility. Capacity
unknown.
Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - US Marine Corps Base -Presently home to 30,000
Mariel Cubans and 40,000 Albanians. Total capacity unknown.

Good grief. Not only way too much information but not hardly related
to the introduction topic of "Earth Losing Oxygen", as well as loaded
with hard-to-read format and lots of words run together. Some of the
problem is with robo-moderation taking place by this DARPA Usenet/
newsgroup that likes to modify whatever folks like us post, so that
the usual internet 'search for' doesn't bring such informative things
like this to their attention.
I'll review, edit and have to repost this under an entirely new and
improved topic of "FEMA and Presidential signings on behalf of DARPA
New World Order"

There over 800 prisoncamps in the United States,all fully operational

ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded

full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be
operated by
FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to
be
implemented in the United States and all it would take is
apresidential
signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a
warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you
really
want to be on Ashcroft's list.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a 'mass
exodus' of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would
be
quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84
allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into
prisons.
Operation CableSplicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which
will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper
purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is
the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by
the
