the ' other ' Jehovah is Satan, the god of the spiritually dead.
his witnesses are the false christs and false prophets and
prophetesses spoken of in Scripture, deceiving his willing followers
as he works " in " the sons of disobedience. his people are ever
trying to replace Jesus Christ and the Truth recorded in the Holy
Bible with this phony replacement.
Catholicism has their Mary whom they desire to name Co-Redeemer.
the Adventists have their Ellen G. White.
the Jehovah's Witnesses have their Watch Tower.
the Pentecostals have their signs and wonders.
the Fundamentalists have their will worshipping condition filling.
the Islamic's have their Mohammed.
the list is long and it all comes down to some other way... some
other person... who is able to save those passed over for salvation by
the Living God where He, according to them, fell short... hence their
need to evolve a replacement.
while the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to all whom God
causes to believe, since believing is His work ( Joh. 6:27,29; Acts
13:48 ) the unbeliever finds it necessary to expand on this simply put
doctrine... the direct result of their devotion to the other
Jehovah... the one who proclaims " indeed, hath God said ? "
the Holy Spirit of God has a stated purpose... " He will bear
witness of Me " ( Joh. 15:26 ) the world of the reprobate, non-elect
is wholly incapable of knowing Him ( Joh. 14:17 ) and thereby
represent " the prince of the power of the air "... " the spirit that
is now working in the sons of disobedience. " ( Eph. 2:2 )
the reprobates of Satan, their Jehovah, stay close to the elect
since material gain is the reward he offers them. ( Joh. 6:26; Mt.
4:3-10 ) a poor replacement for salvation. these have already
elevated their Jehovah to the place which seems right to them since
" many false prophets have gone out into the world. " 1 Joh. 4:1
thank God the elect can not be deceived. Mt. 24:24
