Hey 'Atheist are Stooges' here are four nice easy questions for you to
answer.
When are you going to provide supporting evidence for all your
allegations in all your other threads?
When are you going to show us this superior intelligence you claim to
possess?
When are you going to be able to respond to someone else's posts
without using insults?
When are you going to behave like a good Christian ought to behave? |

I see we have here someone who has been repeatedly rattled by the common
sense and logic of atheism to such an extent that he thinmks 'were he to
attack it' by some miracle it will establish his never to be seen god as
a fact!

THE UNWRITTEN RULES OF FUNDAMENTALISM
1 "I'm right and you are wrong".
2. Never admit that you are wrong, even if you really are.
3. When you have nothing to say, hurl insults.
4. Regard and portray your own violence, whether physical,
psychological, or verbal, at all times as defensive
5. Be prepared at all times to lie and bluster, particularly when backed
into a corner in an argument
6. Never accept responsibility for any mess you have personally caused.
7. When you are forced to admit to an error, regard the whole process of
error and correction as part of God's personal plan for you and not as a
something for which you should apologise retract or make amends except
verbally and secretly to God himself
8. Always see yourself and you personal actions as part of God's plans
for the world. Recognise that even your errors are just part of Gods
will for the betterment of mankind.
9.Profess humility but avoid the actual experience of it.
10.Refuse to take in information that differs from your own view and
oppose all such information through classification of such information in
a derogatory and simplistic manner(eg by categorising it as left wing
propaganda)
11.Refuse to accept that truth is not black and white; that reality is
complex and there are shades of grey
12.Refuse to forgive anyone else for anything unless you purport to
forgive on behalf of other people unconnected with you for whom you don't
have that right anyhow. |

I get it. However I think that if you see the others on this NG its worse.
So asking one poster to have a higher setandard than others is just
handicapping them. I see some of the posts here and it is utter rubbish. But
they claim to be the bastion of intelectual enlightenment.
So do you think asking someone to refrain from constant insults, lies |

I dont ever make ad hominem attacks but I see the athiest community making
those kinds of attacks all the time. It never used to be like this. I have
debated several athiests on this forum and they have kept thier comments to
be civil and respectfull. That isnt the case anymore...just read some of the
posts by athiests. An athiest telling a chirstian to behave more christian
is like a pig telling a mink how it ought to stay clean.

Are you presuming that because I oppose this person's constant
outpouring of insults, lies and abuse that this somehow makes me an
atheist?
I have never declared my position on matters religious to be that of
an atheist, and I object to people presuming this on the basis that I
have taken up a counter position to someone who does nothing but
attack those who are atheists.

You get what you deserve. Christians who treat us with respect and
civility will be treated in kind. Unfortunately, respect and civility
seem to be qualities which, as far as most of the "Christians" on
Usenet are concerned, are conspicuous by their absence.
