If C1 = 0 and C2 = 0 are circles, C1= C2 is a radical axis passing
through two points of intersection, the locus of equal tangents. What
if C1 and C2 are ellipses? What equalizing geometrical property is
associated with (any of maximum four) common chords?

Regards,
