This is a formal Request For Discussion (RFD) for an appendage to the
charter of talk.origins
RATIONALE: The current moderator of talk.origins, one David Iain Greig,
has resorted to calling me a crackhead. David knows nothing about
recreational or psychedelic drugs. He is a closet conservative, with a
closet conservative agenda. It is imperative that we append the charter
of talk.origins such that David is prohibited from making any uneducated
and defamatory remarks about drugs.

PROPONENT:
