Democrats embarrassed by Pelosi.
Even Liberal Democrat Party mouthpiece the Washington Post blasted Speaker
Pelosi's embarrassing antics in Syria. Saying that diplomacy should be left
to professionals, and compared Pelosi's ill-fated journey to a typical
beauty queen's sophomoric proclamation that she would work for world peace.
Israel had to correct some of Pelosi's assertions of their position, and the
US State Department said she got it all wrong. Some estimate that Pelosi
may have set the peace process back for another two years, by giving the
Syrians the idea the United States was weak. Maybe in the touchy, feelly
Liberal world of San Francisco, where emotion triumphs over reason, Pelosi's
ignorant attempt for peace will be applauded, because even though it set
true peace efforts back, it was her intent that counted. One thing the
Republicans are doing, are stepping aside, and letting these Democrats that
are drunk with power, make utter fools out of themselves. Republican
leadership were high-fiving each other, as the Pelosi boondoggle is showing
the American public that they may have erred by putting the Democrats in
power. Maybe Nancy should concentrate on putting together a Democrat
coalition that will pass the promised higher minimum wage, and forget her
hallucination that she is the real President. What a disaster for our party
and our country, said a Democrat. |
