Babylon's kingdom would be overthrown, permanently

Bible passage: Isaiah 13:19
Prophet: Isaiah
Written: between 701-681 BC
Fulfilled: 539 BC

In Isaiah 13:19, the prophet said Babylon would be overthrown,
permanently.
History confirms that when Cyrus conquered Babylon in 539 BC, it never
again rose to power as an empire.
Before the time of Cyrus, however, Babylon had been defeated by the
Assyrian Empire but was able to recover and later conquer the Assyrian
Empire.
However, like Isaiah said 2700 years ago, the Babylonian Empire never
recovered from Cyrus' conquest.

Can man accurately reveal the future?
Can God?

Yep, here goes;
"You will, in the future, using a computer, post more of this off
topic religious guff on t.o."

No god ever made a prediction as specific regarding person, subject,
means and location.

Of course you can show me to be a false prophet by not so posting.
Either way I win.

Apparently not, as she never did.

Some prophecy. It goes on to say in verses 29 and 30:

21 But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses
shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and
satyrs shall dance there.

22 And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate
houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to
come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Where are the satyrs and dragons? Another failed prophecy.

Babylon did recover from Cyrus conquest. Baghdad (i.e., Babylon)
in Medieval times was a major Islamic power. In fact, the Bagdad Arabs
conquered Iran (i.e., Persia) in Medieval times.
How am I wrong?

And so would the city of Tyre:

Ezekiel 26:

7 "For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: From the north I am going
to bring against Tyre Nebuchadnezzar [a] king of Babylon, king of
kings, with horses and chariots, with horsemen and a great army. 8 He
will ravage your settlements on the mainland with the sword; he will
set up siege works against you, build a ramp up to your walls and
raise his shields against you. 9 He will direct the blows of his
battering rams against your walls and demolish your towers with his
weapons. 10 His horses will be so many that they will cover you with
dust. Your walls will tremble at the noise of the war horses, wagons
and chariots when he enters your gates as men enter a city whose walls
have been broken through. 11 The hoofs of his horses will trample all
your streets; he will kill your people with the sword, and your strong
pillars will fall to the ground. 12 They will plunder your wealth and
loot your merchandise; they will break down your walls and demolish
your fine houses and throw your stones, timber and rubble into the
sea. 13 I will put an end to your noisy songs, and the music of your
harps will be heard no more. 14 I will make you a bare rock, and you
will become a place to spread fishnets. You will never be rebuilt, for
I the LORD have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD.

The New Testament reveals that not only was Tyre rebuilt, but it was a
major center of commerce, and Paul (among others) preached the
Christian Gospel there. Also, history records that, though
Nebuchadnezzar beseiged the city, it was Alexander the Great who
actually used rubble from the mainland portion of the city to build a
causeway out to the island citadel, and conquer it.

Nope, but there are those who will sure try to make it sound that way.

Having been a long time reader of t.o, and having listened to many
creationist "critiques" of evolution, I have learned that the only way
to know when the original biblical manuscripts were written is if you
personally were alive and were a direct witness of the original
writing. Pahu's date is therefore obviously false, since Pahu's age is
undoubtedly a bit shy of 2700 years old.

"Screech owl" here is the Goddess Lilith, "lilli" and dirivities
that meant "night."
