Was this a tree frog or a toad or a lizard—priceless on Mars?

See http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1555128108&p=18

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Your advice would be much appreciated.

In the absence of trees and water, it couldn't possibly be either a
tree frog or a toad, and in the absence of anything else to eat it
couldn't possibly be a lizard.

My conclusion is that your imagination is somewhat overwrought, and
should go and lay down in a darkened room with a couple of lithium
carbonate or prozac to keep it company.

Rocks, sand, shadows and a lot of projection of fantasy by you. If it
looks like a frog made of rock it is most likely a rock that looks
like a frog from some angles, especially if you are determined to see
a frog.

Get some help.
